This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Chung Wah Society Inc. The details of this meeting are as follows:

The order of business for the annual general meeting is as follows:

1. the consideration of the accounts and reports of the Committee;

2. the election of new committee members;

3. any other business requiring consideration by the Association at the meeting.
